February was another productive month at CRD College of Health Care, as we continued our commitment to delivering practical, skill-based training for healthcare professionals.
Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA)
Our Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) training returned this February, continuing to equip participants with effective techniques to respond to behaviors with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
Attendees enhanced their ability to provide safe, person-centered care—an essential skill in today’s healthcare environments.
Donning & Doffing Training
We also conducted our Donning & Doffing training, focusing on the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This hands-on session emphasized proper procedures for safely putting on and removing PPE to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of both healthcare workers and patients.
