CRD College of Health Care successfully conducted a Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) Training on December 13, providing participants with essential skills to deliver safe, respectful, and person-centered care—particularly when supporting individuals who may display responsive behaviors.
The training was led by Instructor Mohammad Sarag, with the guidance and support of Grace Lanceta, Nurse Educator and Director of CRD College of Health Care. Together, they facilitated an engaging and interactive learning experience focused on understanding the causes of responsive behaviors, applying effective communication strategies, and using non-physical, compassionate approaches in real healthcare settings.
