In alignment with the 2025 National Nursing Week, the Integrated Filipino Canadian Nurses Association (IFCNA) hosted a dynamic two-day Clinical Skills Workshop on May 24–25 at the Improve Canada Auditorium in Vaughan, Ontario. Building Community and Confidence
Beyond skill development, the workshop served as a platform for networking and mentorship. Filipino IENs connected with peers and seasoned professionals, sharing experiences and strategies for successful integration into Canada’s healthcare workforce. The collaborative environment fostered a sense of community, empowerment, and mutual support.
