IV Therapy & Phlebotomy Training Program for International Educated Nurses (IENs).

CRD College of Health Care, in partnership with its dedicated training team, successfully conducted an IV Therapy and Phlebotomy Training on December 12 at West End Grill Bar & Grill. The in-person session brought together Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) seeking to enhance their clinical skills and strengthen their readiness for healthcare practice in Canada.

The training was led by Mark Gravoso, who provided comprehensive instruction combining theory, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Participants gained practical experience in IV therapy techniques, venipuncture procedures, safety protocols, and best practices aligned with Canadian healthcare standards.
